🚚 免運費

• 訂單滿 $700 或以上
• 送貨範圍:香港、九龍及部分新界
• 時段選擇:9am–1pm 或 1pm–6pm

以下地區需額外收費 $250:

• 馬灣 / 柏麗灣 / 愉景灣
• 香港國際機場
• 西貢
• 香港迪士尼樂園
• 村屋地區

不設送貨地區

• 離島
• 郊區及其他偏遠地區
• 沒有電梯或沒有汽車道路直達的地址

⚠️ 特別條款

• 如因資料錯誤導致送貨失敗,需額外支付 $150 重新安排送貨
• 如需指定送貨時間(一小時內),需額外收費 $200

如某些花品需額外運費,而系統未能自動顯示,
我們會透過 WhatsApp 通知客人,並安排額外付款。或者客人可以直接聯絡我們,在 WhatsApp 訂購。

🌸 International Shipping 

1. How long does shipping take?

For international orders, it will take 5-7 business days depending on your location.

2. Do I pay customs and import duties if I live outside Hong Kong?

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

 

3. Do you ship to my country?

With the exception of preserved flower bouquets, we deliver to almost all countries worldwide.  

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our merchandises, we are sorry that we DO NOT accept any returns, refund and exchange.
